Job Summary

Lead the delivery of major residential, student accommodation, hotel, and sports & leisure development projects in Dublin. Own project and financial performance while advising clients on feasibility, procurement, and delivery strategy. Establish multidisciplinary teams, manage design and supply chain partners, and define success criteria across time, cost, quality, and performance. Strengthen client relationships and contribute to bids and growth while ensuring governance, risk control, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex real estate developments from inception to completion.
•Provide strategic advice to clients during early project stages, including feasibility, procurement, and delivery strategy.
•Take full commercial ownership of projects, including forecasting, budget management, cost control, profitability, and margin optimisation.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify and convert new opportunities, and support bids and growth strategy.
•Ensure governance and operational excellence by managing risk, change control, reporting structures, and health & safety, sustainability, and environmental performance.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
•10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale real estate projects, particularly residential, student accommodation, hotels, and/or leisure developments.
•Strong knowledge of the Dublin and wider Irish construction market.
•Proven track record leading complex projects and programmes with project and commercial leadership.
•Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships, procurement routes, and contract forms.
