Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex real estate developments from inception to completion.
  • •Provide strategic advice to clients during early project stages, including feasibility, procurement, and delivery strategy.
  • •Take full commercial ownership of projects, including forecasting, budget management, cost control, profitability, and margin optimisation.
  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify and convert new opportunities, and support bids and growth strategy.
  • •Ensure governance and operational excellence by managing risk, change control, reporting structures, and health & safety, sustainability, and environmental performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale real estate projects, particularly residential, student accommodation, hotels, and/or leisure developments.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Dublin and wider Irish construction market.
  • •Proven track record leading complex projects and programmes with project and commercial leadership.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships, procurement routes, and contract forms.
