Job Summary

Lead the Alternatives Data Operations function for Addepar’s Alternatives product offering. Oversee human-in-loop review of Private Funds documents, ensuring Alternatives data is extracted, validated, and delivered within SLAs. Manage and grow a global team of analysts, drive operational strategy and KPIs for quality and throughput, and implement automation and continuous-improvement initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison with Product, Engineering, and Client Delivery to scale workflows and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Alternatives and Market data operations aligned to business objectives.
•Lead human-in-loop review operations for Private Funds documents, ensuring data is processed, validated, and delivered within SLAs.
•Manage team performance and continuous improvement by establishing processes, metrics, and KPIs for data quality, processing speed, and client satisfaction.
•Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual work, streamline workflows, and increase team capacity.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions to implement processes and tooling that improve the data processing experience and resolve operational issues.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related field within financial services or wealth tech.
•Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
•Extensive experience with Alternatives Data (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Private Credit) and strong familiarity with Market Data (equities, fixed income, derivatives, pricing, corporate actions).
•Proven experience using process automation, operational workflow re-engineering, and continuous improvement to scale operational efficiency.
•Demonstrated track record improving data quality and operational efficiency with strong project management and analytical skills, including change management.
