Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Alternatives and Market data operations aligned to business objectives.
  • •Lead human-in-loop review operations for Private Funds documents, ensuring data is processed, validated, and delivered within SLAs.
  • •Manage team performance and continuous improvement by establishing processes, metrics, and KPIs for data quality, processing speed, and client satisfaction.
  • •Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual work, streamline workflows, and increase team capacity.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions to implement processes and tooling that improve the data processing experience and resolve operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related field within financial services or wealth tech.
  • •Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
  • •Extensive experience with Alternatives Data (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Private Credit) and strong familiarity with Market Data (equities, fixed income, derivatives, pricing, corporate actions).
  • •Proven experience using process automation, operational workflow re-engineering, and continuous improvement to scale operational efficiency.
  • •Demonstrated track record improving data quality and operational efficiency with strong project management and analytical skills, including change management.
