Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Pastry Chef with daily prep, baking, and ensuring flawless service for desserts, amenities, and pastries.
•Prepare and plate desserts, afternoon tea items, and sweet treats according to luxury standards.
•Master classic and modern pastry techniques and work with premium seasonal ingredients.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace compliant with food safety.
•Support the pastry station to deliver consistent high-quality pastry work.

Key Requirements

•You have a degree in pastry/culinary arts or previous experience/internships in a professional kitchen or pastry shop.
•A genuine passion for baking and fine desserts.
•A proactive attitude, patience, eagerness to learn, strong eye for detail, and desire to constantly improve skills.
•Good communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Good command of English and/or Czech for daily communication within the international team.
