Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development of the project plan and translate the plan into the project estimate/schedule.
  • •Develop and analyze project estimates and schedules, including time impact/delay analysis and CPM software implementation.
  • •Ensure the credibility of the information contained in estimates and schedules.
  • •Develop master and detail schedules with milestones, WBS, cost/labor/equipment loading, and resource leveling; monitor and update schedule progress.
  • •Prepare schedule progress reports and forecasts, analyze critical path impacts, and develop recovery schedules/alternate courses of action.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, business administration or related field with 3+ years of job-relevant experience, or Associate degree with 5+ years, or High School/GED with 7+ years.
  • •Scheduler experience: 2+ years working with Primavera, preferably P6.
  • •Estimator experience: 2+ years in construction estimating on large projects.
  • •Knowledge of schedule design (WBS, milestones, logical sequences, dependencies) and schedule analysis/strategy (including schedule integration and Monte Carlo analysis).
  • •Knowledge of estimating methods and models (ROM through definitive), cost estimate quality/accuracy, contingencies, and financial/economic estimating and analysis.
