Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws while transporting loads safely and on time.
  • •Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials, using specialized equipment as needed.
  • •Maintain required shipping paperwork (invoices, bills of lading) and deliver documentation after completing routes.
  • •Facilitate routine service tasks (e.g., checking oil/water/gas/air) and report maintenance malfunctions to the Shipping Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or the required chauffeur’s license for the vehicle type.
  • •Pass background and drug testing, including a DOT physical for vehicles over 10k lbs.
