Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, assessments/Environmental Statements, and supporting documents, including technical review of specialist chapters.
  • •Contribute across project life stages, from early strategy and site identification through feasibility, option selection, outline/detailed design, condition discharging, construction, and operation/maintenance.
  • •Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards with a critical eye for detail.
  • •Coordinate resources and budgets (with support) to develop project management capability.
  • •Collaborate in integrated design teams to identify constraints, avoidance/mitigation solutions, and opportunities to deliver benefits; maintain client and internal supply team contact.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant environmental discipline (preferably a Masters degree) and an appropriate professional membership.
  • •EIA consultancy experience, including coordinating environmental reports and providing technical review of specialist chapters.
  • •Developing understanding of relevant consenting regimes.
  • •Ability to collaborate within an established team and coordinate inputs from specialist technical teams.
  • •Developing project management skills, including programming and budget management.
