Projects Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate projects, managing planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover. Ensure scope, budget, and schedule alignment while coordinating with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders. Build project plans, track milestones, oversee procurement and contractor performance, manage risks and changes, and report KPIs and project health to leadership, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and building codes.
