Job Summary

Lead and scale Fieldguide’s APAC go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services. Own regional performance for revenue growth, customer outcomes, operational execution, and team development, with an initial focus on Australia/New Zealand and expansion into Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Manage regional quotas and forecasting, drive pipeline and strategic deals, build partner/customer relationships, and identify operational gaps to recommend scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own regional business performance across APAC, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
•Lead and scale the company’s APAC go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services.
•Carry and manage regional revenue targets and partner with Account Executives and GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals.
•Work directly with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success.
•Develop regional hiring plans and partner with executive leadership to align regional execution with global strategy and operating models.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 170,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries.
•Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in APAC, with a specific focus in Australia.
•Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem.
•Strong commercial leadership skills, including experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution.
•Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments.
