•Lead the execution and growth of the Dams strategy in Southeast Queensland, driving client engagement and successful project delivery across the region.
•Ensure technical and delivery excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance, and client satisfaction.
•Foster collaboration and team growth, mentoring staff, championing digital innovation, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
•Leverage regional and global expertise to drive innovation, implement best practices, and enhance delivery outcomes.
•Collaborate with local government and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and support market growth.
