Key Responsibilities

•Learn the product and sales motion, shadow enterprise calls, and build fluency across voice-agent architecture and contact center workflows.
•Own technical discovery and demos for active enterprise deals, partnering with AEs on account strategy and answering technical questions.
•Help design POCs, build customer-specific demos, and ensure technical clarity for enterprise evaluations.
•Lead the technical side of enterprise deals from first call through close and go-live.
•Create reusable artifacts, document integration patterns and common objections, and relay product gaps back to engineering and product.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture.
•Comfortably write code enough to build a working integration, read API responses, and debug without immediately pulling in engineers.
•Experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure such as SIP, Twilio, Genesys, or Five9.
•Ability to communicate with both engineers and executives and adjust technical depth appropriately.
•Motivation for technical sales including discovery, architecture, POCs, and objection handling.
