Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive vehicles through auction sale lanes on sale days in a safe manner.
  • •Transport vehicles to and from auction premises and customer dealerships/businesses while following driving rules and defensive driving principles.
  • •Line up, park, and stage vehicles in the correct order; move vehicles as needed and locate lost vehicles.
  • •Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed, including inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles when necessary and notifying appropriate teams when inoperative or out of fuel.
  • •Demonstrate safety commitment, follow safety/health procedures, participate in safety activities, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license required and ability to safely drive vehicles through auction lanes.
  • •Ability to enter and exit vehicles constantly and handle prolonged sitting.
  • •Ability to walk long distances and perform standing/walking/reaching/talking/hearing throughout shifts.
  • •Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb, and to lift 1-15 pounds.
  • •Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission; previous auction experience.
