Job Summary

Serve as the analytical backbone of Digital & Technology’s Portfolio Management function, turning complex and imperfect portfolio data into clear insights for VP/SVP decision-making. Own the portfolio narrative, connect risk, dependency and capacity across domains, and evolve how portfolio analysis is performed. While the function matures, keep reporting production reliable and explore AI/automation to reduce manual effort and improve insight quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Interrogate portfolio data to identify inconsistencies, patterns, and trends, and work with Delivery Directors and domains to present insights that reflect reality.
•Own the portfolio narrative by translating complex, imperfect data into clear, actionable stories for leadership.
•Connect the dots across domains as the central integrator for risk, dependency, and capacity conversations to support coherent decision-making.
•Evolve portfolio analysis by improving how data is collected, visualised, and used, including exploring AI and automation.
•Maintain reliable reporting production while the function matures.

Key Requirements

•Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and collaborate effectively with others.
•Strong analytical skills turning complex, imperfect data into clear, actionable insights, with experience in portfolio/program/project analysis in a technology or digital environment.
•Pragmatic, complexity-friendly approach to finding insights even when data isn’t clean.
•Financial acumen linking scope, capacity, and investment decisions; able to challenge budget composition and connect finance to portfolio priorities.
•Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI or similar) and MS Office (PowerPoint), plus hands-on experience with AI tools and automation.
