Key Responsibilities

•Manage scheduling and logistics for full-day client meetings, including itineraries and travel arrangements
•Coordinate and manage a dynamic team calendar for several Institutional Officers
•Schedule client meetings, coordinate conference calls, and promote attendance to events
•Maintain client records, prepare documents, and perform Word/Excel tasks of moderate complexity
•Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and manage communications

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience performing support functions; industry experience is helpful
•Exceptional organizational skills; ability to prioritize daily workflow to meet deadlines
•Exceptional communication skills; ability to exchange ideas professionally and influence others
•Detail oriented with strong follow-through to ensure accurate results
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with pivot tables a plus
