Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers in the branch, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and accurately process transactions while balancing daily. Provide exemplary customer service by resolving issues, educating customers on deposit products, and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Follow all operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
