Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, maintain, and secure a SharePoint 2019 environment to ensure availability, compliance, and performance across classified systems.
  • •Design and sustain SharePoint sites, templates, and content aligned with branding and KM standards.
  • •Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using Power Automate/Power Apps, SharePoint Designer, JSON, and REST API integrations.
  • •Implement metadata, taxonomy, and governance models to support knowledge capture, retrieval, and reuse.
  • •Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and use analytics to monitor adoption and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working with MS SharePoint.
  • •Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), JSON, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
  • •Experience designing, configuring, and customizing SharePoint solutions (including SharePoint Designer).
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing knowledge management (KM) frameworks, metadata/taxonomy models, and governance strategies.
  • •Current active TS/SCI security clearance (and CI Poly recognized by DIA or ability to obtain during onboarding).
