Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for compensation, benefits, and equity plan accounting.
  • •Prepare and record monthly and adjusting journal entries, and perform pre-close variance analysis with explanations.
  • •Monitor, maintain, and reconcile complex general ledger accounts; investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions with cross-functional teams.
  • •Integrate new award issuance, forfeiture, and termination activities into accounting processes and workpapers as required.
  • •Support internal and external audit requirements and assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Com/M.Com and an MBA in Finance.
  • •7+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • •Experience with compensation, benefits, and/or equity plan accounting and related audit procedures.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial accounting systems.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and experience working independently while managing multiple priorities.
