Operational Transformation Manager

Own the end-to-end operational excellence transformation roadmap and portfolio, defining prioritization and balancing demand vs. capacity. Lead governance forums, steering committees, and transformation reviews to track delivery progress, manage risks, and resolve cross-functional blockers. Establish benefits tracking to measure financial and operational impact, and maintain transformation dashboards (e.g., Power BI). Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and standardize Lean, Agile, and transformation methodologies.
