  • •Lead the end-to-end site merchandising strategy for the UK/EU website and mobile apps to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • •Manage and optimize merchandising tools and platforms that drive product discovery, personalization, and site/app performance.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Data to align on-page experiences with campaigns, assortment shifts, and brand priorities.
  • •Use analytics and testing to continuously improve navigation, product placement, and content engagement.
  • •Lead SEO and organic growth efforts, partnering with Engineering and Data on content automation, metadata structuring, and semantic optimization for AI search crawlability and ranking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 150,000 - 175,000

Key Requirements

  • •12 years of experience, including 8+ years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site optimization, or growth/SEO, plus 3 years leading a team.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end customer journey ownership across web and app for a high-volume consumer brand.
  • •Experience leading a merchandising or digital experience function for an international/multi-market business with strong localization expertise.
  • •Hands-on analytics and experimentation experience, including A/B testing and tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
  • •Advanced SEO foundations knowledge (metadata, internal linking, site structure, schema markup, crawlability) and strong UK/EU ecommerce consumer understanding.
