Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain plant-wide equipment and provide support for quality production, including work order recordkeeping and maintenance paperwork.
  • •Dismantle defective machines, install new or repaired parts, and clean/lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components.
  • •Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair/replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
  • •Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment using programmable controllers.
  • •Operate machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, milling) to repair or fabricate machine parts and tools; perform simple welds and repair physical structures.

Key Requirements

  • •AS degree in Industrial Maintenance or similar with 3-5 years of experience, or a minimum high school diploma or GED with 5-7 years of work experience.
  • •Experience in a gravure printing facility is highly desirable.
  • •Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry and solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • •Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and work extended hours (over 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week) when needed.
