Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute procurement strategies for wellhead control panels, SIS/ESD systems, and process instrumentation including SCADA, PLCs, RTUs and related components.
  • •Identify, evaluate, onboard suppliers and OEMs; build long-term vendor relationships across UAE, GCC, Europe; conduct commercial bid evaluations and supplier audits.
  • •Lead category strategies for high-impact areas such as capital equipment, instrumentation, services, and logistics; benchmark pricing and terms; collaborate with cross-functional teams on specifications.
  • •Oversee RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and manage service agreements and frame contracts; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • •Mentor and develop procurement analysts and category managers; engage with finance, operations, and legal teams for alignment and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • •Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier development.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing tools, and spend analytics.
  • •Strong negotiation and communication skills; leadership and stakeholder management across functions.
  • •Experience leading procurement categories and supplier risk management.
