Standardize API and developer experience, manage partner SDK lifecycles, expand bank channels, and align Engineering, Security, and Banking partners to improve uptime, latency, and automated error handling.

•Serve as the definitive product owner for a newly formed, dedicated multi-functional Connectivity team/pod to build, scale, and maintain the connectivity platform.
•Own and drive global connectivity coverage, balancing build-vs-integrate decisions to deliver rapid customer time-to-value.
•Evangelize an API-first approach by streamlining developer-facing documentation and ensuring internal teams and external partners can consume standard APIs.
•Manage partner SDK lifecycles and third-party connectors to improve interoperability with enterprise ERPs and money market fund portals.
•Resolve cross-functional conflicts and align Engineering, Security, and banking partners to improve uptime, reduce latency, and automate error handling.
