Job Summary

Drive new business for Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise across the Benelux region through consultative outbound prospecting and closing. Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and demos to proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations—while tracking forecasts and pipeline in Salesforce. Partner with customers during trial phases and deliver strong handoffs to the Growth team.

•Prospect outbound to net-new customers and cultivate sales from outbound and inbound leads.
•Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
•Manage the end-to-end sales process including meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
•Track forecasts and customer data, and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
•Create quotes, process orders, and handle day-to-day customer requests; articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
•Demonstrated history of consistent quota achievement in a competitive environment.
•Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
•Excellent communication across in person, online, and written channels; build strong working relationships virtually and in person.
•Experience managing sales pipeline in Salesforce (bonus: familiarity).
