Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regulatory expertise and ensure compliance across global jurisdictions; monitor rules and updates and translate them into actionable reporting changes.
  • •Oversee automated regulatory reporting workflows, define requirements with Tech/Data teams, and ensure controls, reconciliations, and evidence retention.
  • •Manage submission processes for periodic and ad-hoc reports, monitor calendars, and drive issue resolution and eligibility of sign-offs.
  • •Lead and develop the regulatory reporting team, create playbooks and training, and align cross-functional definitions for reporting; communicate status to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Regulatory reporting across major jurisdictions (US, Europe, APAC) with periodic and ad-hoc obligations
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory reporting concepts, internal controls, and audit/exam expectations
  • •Experience governing automated regulatory reporting processes and platforms, including translating requirements into system logic, defining tests, and performing UAT/release validation
  • •Ability to manage deadlines, multiple priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global/multi-entity environment
  • •Experience partnering with Technology/Data teams on data integration, governance, lineage, reconciliations; strong focus on data quality and root-cause analysis
