Application Services Associate I

Handle day-to-day client inquiries for accounts opening across email, chat, and inbound calls, supporting retail and professional clients. Assist with account-related questions, review documentation for new account openings, and follow internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account approval and ongoing account maintenance, ensuring accurate processing and attention to detail while meeting client service expectations.
