Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer orders/forecast and production capacity.
  • •Perform production capacity analysis and adjust plans to support customer demand.
  • •Monitor, control, and drive inventory reduction; review safety stock and past-due order status.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain planning data such as lead time, MOQ, and product capacity.
  • •Coordinate with production/engineering/quality to ensure on-time delivery and manage new product introduction and mature product phase-out plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 3 years’ experience in production/material planning and control, including MRP, master scheduling, and capacity planning.

  • •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with initiative to address capacity constraints.
  • •Fluency in both oral and written English; familiarity with SAP/JDA is preferred.
