Account Manager / Customer Success

Own day-to-day relationships with key veterinary clients while acting as a long-term strategic advisor. Lead weekly cadence by crafting agendas and tracking action items, collaborating cross-functionally to share product initiatives, and driving account performance through reporting, presentations, and optimization recommendations. Project manage catalog and campaign updates, partner with product/engineering on feedback and bug resolution, and support onboarding for new acquisition clinics.
