Job Summary

Lead the planning, writing, editing, and publishing of employee communications that connect associates to company priorities, programs, and updates. Partner with Human Resources, enterprise communications leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging. Build content strategies, editorial calendars, and governance processes; manage and coach a team; and use engagement data and channel metrics to improve communication outcomes.

•Lead planning, writing, editing, and publishing of employee communications across channels including email, intranet, newsletters, leadership communications, and enterprise announcements.
•Partner with Human Resources, enterprise communications, and business stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused content.
•Develop content strategies, message frameworks, editorial calendars, and channel plans that support associate engagement and business priorities.
•Write and edit content for talent programs, associate campaigns, executive messaging, organizational updates, and change communication initiatives.
•Manage and develop a team, including assigning work, providing feedback, coaching writing/editorial quality, and establishing content processes and governance.

•Experience partnering with Human Resources, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver communication programs.
•Experience creating measurable content strategies, editorial calendars, messaging frameworks, and governance processes.
•Bachelor’s degree.
