Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and strategically prioritize the SVP of Customer Success’s calendar, meetings, and commitments, ensuring proper context and decisions for key discussions.
  • •Participate in Customer Success forecasting and operating reviews; develop understanding of metrics and translate insights into executive-level narratives.
  • •Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or unsupported assumptions in forecasts and operating metrics and partner with leaders to resolve them.
  • •Support Customer Success initiatives end-to-end by defining workstreams, owners, dependencies, timelines, data needs, and decisions; coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • •Drive functional operating rhythms by tracking commitments, maintaining action registers, and creating lightweight mechanisms (trackers, dashboards, documentation) to improve execution and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting a senior executive and driving business operations, strategy & operations, program management, analytics, or a combination of these areas.
  • •Strong business acumen and rapid understanding of business models, operating metrics, and performance drivers.
  • •Strong analytical instincts to interrogate data, identify inconsistencies, recognize patterns, and determine follow-up questions.
  • •Experience translating detailed operational information into concise executive-level insights and narratives.
  • •Strong project and program management skills to move work forward across multiple teams, with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
