Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the Quality Plan and promote a strong quality culture to drive customer satisfaction.
  • •Ensure quality management systems (QMS), including FSSC 22000, RSPO, and GMP, are maintained and drive compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • •Lead and develop the quality team by training and mentoring members and fostering accountability and continuous learning.
  • •Conduct internal and external audits, identify improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers, investigate customer complaints, and implement corrective actions; define product specifications and present quality performance reports to senior management.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of science in food science, food engineering, chemistry, or quality management.
  • •5+ years of experience in applicable industries such as Food, Ingredient, or Chemical Pharma.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • •Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language for the plant of responsibility.
  • •Experience leading ISO standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001) and other standards such as Organic, RSPO, Halal, and Kosher.
