Job Summary

Build and grow relationships with retail and small business customers using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, cross-sell existing customers, and drive revenue goals through proactive outreach using CAMP and marketing tools. Coordinate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) for holistic referrals while processing teller transactions and providing guidance to CSRs. Participate in onboarding rotations and complete a certification program.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current/future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support referrals with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment).

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
