Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate workflows and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agentic and multi-agent workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, governance, and observability.
  • •Optimize state-of-the-art foundation model performance for scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production systems.
  • •Own the end-to-end architecture for complex AI systems, ensuring maintainability, observability, and ethical alignment.
  • •Define AI reliability SLOs (latency, uptime, and performance drift) and lead technical reviews to meet security, data governance, and compliance standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,200 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 4+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus 2+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
  • •At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience leading development of AI systems with tradeoffs across cost, latency, throughput, and accuracy (preferred).
  • •Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud (preferred).
  • •Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services; including LLM inference, similarity search/vector databases, guardrails, or related capabilities (preferred).
