Job Summary

Lead the execution of a business unit’s data and analytics strategy, owning data governance, data management, reporting, and analytics enablement. Partner with C-level business and technology leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, modernization, AI enablement, and consumption of governed data. Oversee data stewards and teams (50–200), manage data risk, and align roadmaps to enterprise and regulatory commitments in a highly regulated financial services environment.

•Develop and execute the BU/CF data and analytics strategy and roadmap in coordination with enterprise data and technology leadership.
•Partner with C-level business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and enable analytics to re-engineer processes.
•Coordinate with the Chief Data Governance Officer to align roadmaps to data governance priorities, risk, and regulatory commitments.
•Oversee business data governance execution, including data ownership, data stewards, and adherence to governance requirements.
•Manage innovation across data analytics, data science (AI/ML), reporting, and modeling while modernizing governed data consumption.
