Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and lead AI/data solutions to uncover process, test, and design improvement opportunities, including yield improvement across process, equipment, test, and design domains.
  • •Develop AI-enabled modeling, monitoring, and benchmarking frameworks to improve tool performance and translate insights into higher product grade yield.
  • •Own end-to-end AI agent skill development, from requirements and skill design through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • •Prototype AI-assisted solution mock-ups, validate feasibility, and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and quality organizations to co-develop solutions and deploy best-known methods (BKM) to production at scale, communicating progress and results to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in PIE, Test Solution, Product Engineering, and/or Circuit Design Engineering, with strong understanding of Process/Product Integration.
  • •In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes, equipment, and control systems.
  • •Proficiency in data analytics tools including Y3, JMP, and Python for numerical experimentation, with Statistical/Machine Learning expertise as a plus.
  • •Proven root cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills, with strong critical thinking and decision-making.
  • •PhD / Master's / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study with meaningful real-world experience.
