Procurement Specialist

Build and launch a procurement function that strengthens vendor and partner contract outcomes across the company. Own negotiation support through renewals, establish preferred/backup vendor lists, and implement a vendor vetting process while spotting supply chain risks early. Create and maintain a contract/renewal calendar, tracking systems, and reorder/approval workflows, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Labs to improve spend visibility, reduce friction, and support lab operations at scale.
