Key Responsibilities

•Lead Reliability Engineering for User Experience and drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for critical user-facing systems and services (APIs, content delivery, feed generation, search, messaging, real-time experiences).
•Architect for Scale by partnering with product and infrastructure teams to design highly available and performant systems under massive global load, guiding decisions on failover, redundancy, traffic management, and capacity planning.
•Reduce Operational Risk by identifying systemic risks and bottlenecks, building proactive mitigation strategies and driving improvements that reduce incidents and improve health.
•Drive Automation by eliminating repetitive operational work through tooling and automation that improve deployment safety, incident response, remediation workflows, and guardrails.
•Incident Management by leading complex incident responses, driving blameless postmortems, identifying root causes, and ensuring sustainable long-term fixes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles operating large scale distributed systems.
•Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar.
•Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, Linux systems, cloud-native architectures; observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting).
•Experience designing highly available systems with strong operational and reliability practices.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, networking, and services.
