Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight and governance for cross-functional delivery of Commercial Solutions programs, ensuring timely planning, prioritization, and execution aligned to 2030 strategic objectives.
  • •Partner with product and technology leaders to drive annual operational planning, quarterly product/program reviews, and initiative/epic prioritization against OKRs and capacity.
  • •Manage portfolios or teams of agentic squads using Jira, Jira Align, and Polaris, including resource rosters and program forecasts, budgets, and labor accounting.
  • •Ensure program adherence to Visa’s agentic lifecycle methodology and key controls, with accurate telemetry and reporting across forums and stakeholder groups.
  • •Coach and mentor the PMO and scrum teams on agile best practices, secure SDLC/SSDLC processes, release management, and audit-compliant delivery; address security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •16+ years of work experience in technical program management or software development with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree (or 5+ years with a PhD).
  • •Experience developing plugins and agents using Claude Code, cline, or other AI Agentic tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise program management tools such as Jira and Jira Align (and related tools like Clarity/Primavera/HP PPM).
  • •Scaled Agile experience and certifications (e.g., SAFe for Teams / Leading SAFe / Implementing SAFe / SAFe for Release Train Engineers).
  • •Strong analytical reporting experience using tools like Tableau and/or Power BI, plus managing large-scale engineering and operational projects.
