Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, testing, analysis, and maintenance of software systems (non-embedded) to meet safety, security, and regulatory/certification standards.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into software requirements, models, architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and detailed designs with clear traceability to code and test artifacts.
  • •Oversee software system-level analyses and research to identify risks, issues, opportunities, and technology gaps; evaluate and drive adoption of current/emerging technologies and frameworks.
  • •Direct integration, enhancement, optimization, debugging, and verification to ensure reliable, efficient, high-performance software and seamless system integrations.
  • •Establish and improve software processes, tools, and KPIs; manage and review development and documentation (including user documentation and support processes).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
  • •Active Top Secret and SCI eligible security clearance.
  • •10+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, code, integration, and test.
  • •10+ years of experience with Java, C++, Angular/React.js, HTML, and CSS.
  • •5+ years of experience leading projects and/or individuals in software development lifecycle tasks.
