Own the design and optimization of AI-powered workflows that support the full employee lifecycle. Audit People Operations processes to reduce compliance risk, eliminate manual work, and improve efficiency through governance, reporting dashboards, and scalable HR technology solutions—while also providing hands-on support when priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify manual HR processes and redesign them for automation first, with human review where judgment is required.
•Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents for onboarding, offboarding, document processing, employee inquiries, and compliance activities.
•Connect Workday, ATS, and other People systems through automation, integrations, and HRIS logic to create a seamless operating environment.
•Maintain governance and documentation for automated processes, including triggers, business rules, exception handling, and escalation paths.
•Own onboarding and offboarding delivery, ensure HR records remain accurate and audit ready, and provide hands-on People Operations support as needs evolve.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR generalist function, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment.

•Demonstrated experience building or implementing automation via no-code tools, AI agents/assistants, or scripting.
•Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance fundamentals.
