Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure full compliance with occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, and environmental protection requirements at the site.
  • •Work closely with specialists for occupational safety and advise leadership and employees on safety-related topics.
  • •Consult on occupational safety, health, fire protection, and environmental topics for new and redesigned workplaces and work processes.
  • •Create safety reports and evaluations based on key safety metrics and initiate prevention measures with management.
  • •Coordinate with relevant external partners (e.g., Berufsgenossenschaft, local authorities, fire department, occupational physician, works council) and support emergency and fire training organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a technical degree or comparable training with technician-, engineering-, or master-level qualification.
  • •Hold a qualification as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (ASiG) and have initial experience in Health & Safety.
  • •Apply health & safety and fire protection laws, regulations, and guidelines reliably, staying current on updates.
  • •A qualification/training as a Brandschutzbeauftragten is beneficial (not mandatory).
  • •Communicate clearly in German and English and take responsibility for your tasks while improving the safety culture.
