Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with system teams to translate project priorities into engineering documents and activities, and track execution to ensure timely deliverables.
  • •Interface with the IVVQ responsible and team to support prioritization and first-level decision-making.
  • •Track activity progress and coordinate domain teams to ensure deliveries and formalize decisions.
  • •Manage teams day-to-day and support recruitment.
  • •Provide support to the engineering manager on complex topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree.
  • •Experience leading technical teams in either engineering and/or IVVQ, across both hardware and software domains.
  • •Knowledge of radar domain and general system knowledge, particularly radar.
  • •Proven experience managing and developing a system.
  • •Ability to communicate and persuade on technical topics.
