Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer and prospect needs. After a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program, help acquire new households, deepen relationships, process teller transactions, and support platform staff. Meet production and customer experience goals through cross-selling retail products, using approved marketing tools, and coordinating referrals with business partners like Mortgage and Small Business.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community events.
•Establish relationships with business partners and refer customers to provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

•Complete the 4–8 week onboarding and education program with certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker I.
•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.

•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to use good judgment in decision-making.
