Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and constant feedback
