Key Responsibilities

•Provide administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
•Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
•Participate in pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, and renewal reports.
•Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
•Attend client meetings and support tender processes, renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties.

•Ability to work in a close team environment and within tight timeframes.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Email, Teams and Google Drive.
