Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the internal customer request intake process: how the product team becomes aware of, understands, and triages incoming requests.
  • •Map process flows for each supported customer project, including requirements and systems.
  • •Produce clear visual documentation to make complex data and processes easy to understand.
  • •Identify patterns across pilot projects, highlighting what repeats versus diverges and what should be templated or automated.
  • •Build automations, connectors, and lightweight tooling to remove manual work from recurring processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar, ideally across multiple concurrent projects or customer accounts.

  • •Comfort diving into detailed project requirements and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and customers.
  • •Experience designing or improving intake/triage processes, ideally for product teams.
  • •Practical experience with automations and connectors, with a bias toward using them for repeatable processes.
