Key Responsibilities

•Define long-term vision and strategy for engineering product design and development across multiple feature areas and divisional boundaries.
•Develop technology roadmaps for complex products, platforms, systems, and software; identify gaps and solutions for future growth.
•Communicate technology roadmaps and strategy to executive staff, industry partners, and customers.
•Maintain knowledge of industry trends and drive transformation steps required to meet future demands.
•Provide design consultation, feedback, and mentoring to less-experienced staff to support new product development and long-range goals.

Salary: USD 174,050 - 278,450 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 12+ years of work experience in engineering design and/or engineering design tools and software packages.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and modern software engineering practices across the software development life cycle.
•Experience with scalable software development and integration of advanced technologies across multiple disciplines.
•Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and automation/CI-CD practices for delivering complex platforms and systems.
