Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and optimize the search-domain LLM foundation, including the post-training pipeline and inference optimization (long-context and model efficiency).
  • •Contribute to the agent execution framework (Harness) with tool calling, planning, memory, environment interaction, and multi-agent scheduling/collaboration.
  • •Work on long-term memory and self-improvement/self-evolve closed loops (RSI), including data synthesis, quality evaluation, and refinement.
  • •Help build reward/verifier systems and automated evaluation frameworks for complex long-cycle tasks and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Support business implementations such as long-horizon task agents, multimodal AIGC creation, visual search, OCR, and on-device intelligence.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or a related major (preferred).
  • •Solid foundation in machine learning/deep learning and familiarity with LLM and agent technologies.
  • •Experience with LLM/agent projects such as pre-training/fine-tuning/alignment, tool calling, planning, memory, multi-agent collaboration, RAG, and RLHF/RLAIF is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow for training and deployment, including acceleration/distributed and mixed-precision training.
  • •Familiarity with model compression and inference acceleration (e.g., quantization, pruning, distillation, TensorRT) is preferred/plus.
