Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an initial point of contact for a number of clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • •Complete fund accounting reconciliation and workflow/control procedures accurately and on time.
  • •Coordinate reconciliations and NAV calculations in line with standard operating procedures.
  • •Support quarterly/ad-hoc client reporting and timely annual year-end audit and financial reporting.
  • •Assist in staff training/mentoring, resolve operational queries, and help improve the operational service model.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-3 years of fund accounting experience, including exposure to Luxembourg funds and Luxembourg-domiciled Private Equity/Debt and Hybrid AIF fund life-cycles.
  • •Knowledge of Lux GAAP and/or IFRS (US GAAP knowledge is an advantage).
  • •Experience with performance fee/waterfall calculations, capital calls and distributions (preferred).
  • •Experience with Luxembourg SPVs, holding companies, financing vehicles, and Luxembourg UCITS funds.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written) and a university degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics (preferred).
