Job Summary

Join the daily fund accounting operations team to support a group of clients and deliver high-quality client service. Ensure reconciliations, workflows, and NAV calculations are completed, reviewed, and signed off in line with procedures. Handle client reporting, year-end audit and financial reporting support, and provide coverage across funds as needed. Apply fund accounting expertise across Luxembourg GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP and support training and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an initial point of contact for a number of clients and maintain strong client relationships.
•Complete fund accounting reconciliation and workflow/control procedures accurately and on time.
•Coordinate reconciliations and NAV calculations in line with standard operating procedures.
•Support quarterly/ad-hoc client reporting and timely annual year-end audit and financial reporting.
•Assist in staff training/mentoring, resolve operational queries, and help improve the operational service model.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-3 years of fund accounting experience, including exposure to Luxembourg funds and Luxembourg-domiciled Private Equity/Debt and Hybrid AIF fund life-cycles.
•Knowledge of Lux GAAP and/or IFRS (US GAAP knowledge is an advantage).
•Experience with performance fee/waterfall calculations, capital calls and distributions (preferred).
•Experience with Luxembourg SPVs, holding companies, financing vehicles, and Luxembourg UCITS funds.
•Fluency in English (verbal and written) and a university degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics (preferred).
