Support store operations and customer service at the Eaton Centre Sephora by maintaining stockroom organization, assisting with shipments and merchandising, and training cashiers on POS systems. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and policy compliance, while delivering friendly service and helping drive store presentation and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
•Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and support SEPHORA merchandising concepts.
•Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected at all times.
•Perform shipment receipt and processing, organize and maintain stockroom per company standards, and handle transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
•Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors/Assistant Managers and participate in inventory control.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 19.2 - 22.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
•Possess good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
•Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to the needs of clients and the business.
•Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
•A High School graduate or equivalent.
