Technical Supervisor/Team Leader - Military Deafness

Supervise a team handling Military Deafness disease claims, ensuring work is completed to agreed SLA standards while protecting commercial outcomes. Maintain a small caseload and provide technical support and training, including developing learning plans to reach appropriate authority levels. Serve as the first point of contact for client complaints, drive quality against benchmarks, and ensure compliance with Keoghs and SRA Standards & Regulations.
