Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer sites in partnership with internal teams and the helpdesk.
  • •Set up/break down conference spaces and provide media support for events, conferences, town halls, and IPOs.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and provide technical support for AV equipment and systems.
  • •Set up, troubleshoot, and resolve complex AV issues to minimize downtime, including field service support for networked devices.
  • •Respond to client inquiries about room configurations and AV/conferencing capabilities and deliver job site documentation and end-user training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years' experience in Audio Visual Production or related fields.
  • •Effectively communicate with employees, customers, and colleagues.

  • •Basic computer knowledge and strong understanding of AV signal flow, audio/video codecs, and networking concepts.
